Description

Command your minions to solve mysteries and cover up scandals in a high-class boarding school, where the competition is cut-throat and image is everything. But be careful - one of your minions is a traitor....

A randomly-generated mystery-solving game released in 2015, featuring art by :iconrenmiou:, :iconnrekkvan: and more!

You are the newly-elected Student Council President of a posh all-girls boarding school, and it is your job to prevent scandals, by any means necessary. Control your team with a white-gloved fist and send them out on missions to investigate all the trouble that schoolgirls can get up to. But it's not ALL business, as you can also romance your fellow officers.

(All-girls school. Yes, this is a yuri game.)

Even when you do finish the stories, it's really a lot of fun just to go through with the other mode with your own minions and solve cases left, right and centre. :D It did take me a while to win the first time (I think I ended up disgracing my school 4 times before I got to the final boss) but I think this game has the right amount of frustrating that puts you in the "just one more time and then I swear I'll stop and draw sprites!" mood.
For anyone who likes resource management in board games, I think this is really worth a try, particularly because there's a free demo available.

I've read some people would rather not have the story at all, but I think that even if you are gameplay-oriented, the story won't get in your way too much - I'm personally more attracted to a mix of story and gameplay, so this fit the bill quite nicely for me.

The characters are quite varied in their behaviour and tastes, I personally liked Mallory the most (though I was more interested in Thais at first) because she's just a bag of cute, but I think there's enough variety that most people will find a personal favourite. While Elsa is very malleable by the player, I did get my own personal image of her in my mind and tended to play her more or less similarly all the time. I thought it was nice that while I was allowed to choose for her at all times and she didn't really have a strongly set story, she still ended up being interesting to play as. The choices are there more to either get the ending you might want with the characters and to let you decide how she is and behaves, rather than just for hollow flavour. I would like to see more of this in other games where the devs want you to shape the character, but still have a mould to start from.

(I kind of wanted to leave a review, but I really didn't think it was appropriate on Steam, since it won't allow me to just write one and refrain from grading it, given how I've worked on it.)
